6.3. Cash Flow Projections

This cash flow outlines the movement of cash into and out of the company
starting from the month of March on year 2025 to the month of February on year
2026.
To project the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) monthly, we aggregated the costs
of raw materials and utilities used in production. Annually, our business will produce
20,160 units. Each item is ethically given a selling price that is reasonable as we
have determined the pricing of our products by adding the total cost of goods per unit
to the markup price (P = Cost of Goods per Unit + Markup). Our aim is to
manufacture 30 units of each product weekly. Next, we calculated the revenue by
multiplying the selling price by the target number of goods produced in a month (R =

16
Price × Units Sold). Additionally, we computed the profit by subtracting the cost of
goods sold from the total revenue (P = Total Revenue - Cost of Goods Sold). After
these calculations, we projected the potential profit for each product on a weekly,
monthly, and yearly basis.
Indeed, achieving a high number of units sold can significantly boost our
business's profitability. By setting a reasonable markup, owners can ensure a fair
return on their investment and generate substantial profits from their products.
Consistently increasing sales volume while maintaining a competitive pricing strategy
can lead to sustainable growth and success for the business.

6.4. Personal Monthly Financial Needs

As third-year student entrepreneurs, our realistic monthly demands would
include necessities like study materials, transportation fees, groceries and food,
utilities, and personal hygiene products. These are essential needs in order to fund
our educational endeavors and keep up a respectable quality of living. In order to
combine our academic obligations with downtime and personal development, we
may also set aside a portion of our budget for recreational pursuits. This will provide
us the much-needed break from the stressors of college life. It's critical to develop a
well-rounded budget that accounts for these needs while also leaving room for
flexibility and savings in case unforeseen costs or further business venture
investments arise. This strategy guarantees that we can successfully manage our
finances and pursue our entrepreneurial goals at the same time.

6.5. Break-even Point

The break-even point is the sales threshold where a business reaches a
balance between profit and loss, where total revenue matches total costs. It provides
insights into the minimum sales volume needed to offset expenses and initiate
profitability. For Stylistique, the break-even points are presented in units and sales.

adjust the use of cash to the specific demands and objectives stated in the business
plan. Regular monitoring and modification of budgetary allocations will help ensure
the company stays on track to meet its goals.

Securing enough funding could avoid growth limitations. However, unlike

other big and successful companies, Stylistique as a startup business, will face
challenge into finding a finance option.
Nevertheless, when our business experiences grow and we meet the
qualifications for securing a loan, we intend to pursue Microloans as a viable
financing option. Microloans represent a valuable resource for startups and small
businesses, as they are small-scale loans offered by non-profit organizations,
community lenders, or online lending platforms. These loans serve the specific
purpose of providing financing to businesses that may face challenges obtaining
traditional bank loans due to factors such as limited credit history, lack of collateral,
or modest funding requirements. By choosing microloans, we strategically position
our business to access the necessary funding while addressing our current financial
status and supporting sustainable growth.

6.13. Use of Proceeds

Stylistique intends to use the additional funds secured from investors or loans
to enhance and sustain our handmade accessories business while adhering to
ethical principles and fostering long-term success.
We plan to diversify our product offerings by introducing new designs, styles,
and accessories to appeal to a wider customer base. We will allocate funds towards
investing in high-quality materials and craftsmanship to elevate the standard of our

21
handmade accessories, thereby cultivating a reputation for excellence and fostering
repeat purchases.
Additionally, resources will be directed towards developing a robust brand
identity and professional packaging to enhance the perceived value of our products
and broaden our customer base. In today's market, the visual appeal and
presentation of a product significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions.
Consequently, we plan to invest in marketing strategies aim that increasing brand
awareness and expanding our rich to target audiences. Furthermore, resources will
be allocated towards marketing materials and metrics that effectively reach wider
markets and attract new customers.
