LEARNING JOURNAL
Student shall input learnings (i.e what has been learned, activities performed, problems encountered,
other comments) in this logbook every week.
Week 1 From: February 19

Feb 19 - My frst day doing paper works at the Senior Citizen ofce was a bit nerve-wracking but also
exciting. The staff were really nice, showing me the ropes of organizing and processing papers. I learned
that each paper had a purpose, like helping seniors in our community. The teamwork made things easier,
and I saw how important communication is in getting tasks done. Even though it was just the start, I could
already see how paperwork plays a big role in helping others. Looking forward to learning more and being
part of the team!

Feb 20 - My second day doing paperwork at the Senior Citizen office was a bit more comfortable. I
felt more familiar with the tasks, and the staff continued to be helpful. I sorted more papers and
learned about different forms used to assist seniors. It was nice to see how organized paperwork
helps make things run smoothly for the elderly community. Looking forward to more learning and
contributing to the team!

Feb 21 - On my third day at the Senior Citizen office doing paperwork, things felt even more
familiar. I worked on different kinds of forms and started understanding their purposes better. The
staff continued to guide me, and I felt more confident in handling the papers. It's cool to see how
each document has a role in making sure the seniors get the support they need. Excited for more
days of learning and helping out!

Feb 22 - Day four at the Senior Citizen office doing paperwork was a bit like finding my groove. I
tackled more tasks independently, and the different forms started making more sense. The staff
was supportive as always, answering my questions and guiding me along the way. It feels good to
be more hands-on and contribute to the team effort. Learning a lot and looking forward to seeing
how much more I can do!

Feb 23 - My fifth day at the Senior Citizen office doing paperwork felt like a step forward. I
handled more papers and started recognizing familiar faces among the forms. The staff continued
to be patient, helping me whenever I needed it. It's becoming clearer how vital paperwork is in
making sure everything runs smoothly for our seniors. Each day brings new learning, and I'm
excited to keep growing in this experienc
Week 2 From: February 26 to March 1

Feb 26 - Starting the second week of my work immersion at the Senior Citizen office felt like
building on what I learned during the first week. The tasks seemed a bit easier, and I felt more
confident handling the paperwork. The staff remained supportive, and I appreciated the chance to
take on more responsibilities. It's cool to see how each day brings new challenges and
opportunities to contribute. Looking forward to continuing the learning journey!
Feb 27 - On my second day of the second week in the Senior Citizen office, things felt like a smooth
continuation. I tackled more papers, and the tasks started to feel more routine. The staff continued
to guide me, and I found myself becoming more independent in handling the paperwork. It's nice to
see my progress and be part of a team that helps seniors in our community. Looking forward to
more days of getting better at what I do!

Feb 28 - My third day of the second week at the Senior Citizen office doing paperwork brought a
sense of familiarity. I worked on different types of forms, and the tasks felt more natural. The staff
continued to be helpful, and I appreciated how they encouraged me to take on more responsibilities.
It's becoming clearer how important paperwork is in making things run smoothly for the seniors.
Each day, I feel more confident and ready for new challenges. Excited to keep learning and helping
out!

Feb 29 - On my fourth day of the second week at the Senior Citizen office, the routine felt more
like a part of my day. I handled various paperwork, and the different forms were starting to make
more sense. The staff kept supporting me, and I felt more comfortable taking on tasks
independently. It's nice to see my progress and be a useful part of the team. Every day is a new
chance to learn and contribute, and I'm excited to keep going!

March 1 - My last day of the 10-day work immersion at the Senior Citizen office doing paperwork
felt a bit bittersweet. I had become so familiar with the tasks and the friendly staff that it felt like
saying goodbye to a second home. I finished up my final paperwork, and the team was supportive,
expressing appreciation for the help. It was a great feeling to see how much I've learned and
contributed in these 10 days. Even though it's the end, I'm leaving with new skills and a sense of
pride in being part of something meaningful. Grateful for this experience!
