We learned the correct way to make a call, from the opening to the closing procedure and
we also learned how to deal with customers and the basics of certain procedures.

The way we should treat the customer, how our voice should sound and the data we
should request.

Some specifics of certain procedures

Speaking fluently while dealing with the customer, specifics of certain issues such as
overdue payments, more role plays, have a vocabulary for soft skills

Do not forget to place the customer correctly on hold, speak in a natural and empathetic
way, practice not to get nervous when asked questions by customers, more
understanding about the usage of language

More practice of language and better understanding about the meaning of the terms for
more accurate information.

Provide good customer service, speak fluently, remain calm, handle multitasking.
