A) Warm up, play a song or/and a game to semi introduce the topic:
Video/song:
Game: the mirror game. The kid will imitate the movements of the teacher while she is doing them and saying
their names, like a reflection. Then if the S wants to, she can be the leader in the game. 5 to 7 minutes
B) Introduction, flash cards or draws to show the verbs to the kid:
Cards: the teacher stands up and shows the flash cards to the kid, then she says the name of the verb and
make a movement that represents it to complete the visual income.
Then the teacher asks the kid to repeat the movement and encourage her to imitate the movement too.
C) Reinforcement, worksheet:
The teacher will hand the worksheet with activities about verbs so the kid can practice writing and reading the
verbs names.
D) IDR, game:
Game: Bingo with verbs
