AFFIDAVIT

I, KATHRINA JOYCE DELA PAZ MAGNAYE, Filipino, of legal age, and a

resident of 4F Monte Carlo, Sta. Lucia Residences, Cainta, Rizal, under oath do
hereby depose and state, that:

1. Sometime in August 2023, as I was browsing on Facebook and was

looking for a prospective venue for the birthday celebration of my son,
I stumbled upon the FB Page of a “Villa J&T Private Resort”.

2. I reached out to the resort’s management thru FB messenger to

inquire for details and quotation.

3. In the course our transaction, I managed to send them a copy of my

driver’s license. Since their page handler/manager replies to all of my
inquiries swiftly and appropriately, I didn’t feel something is afoot.

4. Sometime in November 2023, I was surprise to receive numerous

messages from different individuals demanding for the return of their
money. In my interaction with these individuals, I found out that the
page of “Villa J&T Private Resort” I had transacted with was fraud and
a ruse.

5. It became apparent to me that the perpetrator/s used my driver’s

license to swindle money from unsuspecting people.

6. Moreover, I found out that the said page changes regularly and that it
is currently under the name of “Kath Magnaye”.

7. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing

statement for purposes not contrary to law, morals, good custom and
public policy.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 29 th day of

November 2023 at Cainta, Rizal.
