Good day po sainyo, here we discussed the detailed of the design and as well
the concept plans for your house po, the area that we design is 73.00 square meter, the
reasons for this is we designed a standard space/s for both rooms and as well we follow
the rules of standard building code (Philippines), to make it habitable for the users, to
accommodate number of users based on the design. More to that, the goal of the
project is to make it simple yet elegant for the user’s experience, a comfy- feeling that
will make sure the house is somehow mixed to nature or compliments to each other,
with less use of energy (electric) during the days, and the natural ventilation that will
flow in each rooms. The style of the proposal will be the Bungalow type-house, which
has a verandas overlooking the sceneries; three unit rooms, that both accessible from
the owner and other people; and high ceiling to capture more natural air.
The design of the house are based on the clients’ suggestions for his proposal;
the land area covers a lush trees and as well suburban grass, the owner’s lot
land has a total land area of 433.00 square meter, and the approximate floor
area will be 72.00-73.00 square meters, what we planned here is to divide the
three units/ or room, and you will have the owner’s unit and the other two is also
separated. In this case both units/rooms will have a sense of privacy which
separates by thick walls. FENCE FENCE

B. Site Topography
The land area categorized as a slope type terrain, which can be seen in the
actual site, and the land does not have any kind of irregular land objects that might
cause obstructions in the premises, also to add, the terrain steepness also does not
comes in very sloppy form, and for that construction for the building will be at ease.
Rivers or other form of bodies of water is not present within the perimeter of the site,
roads are still under developing inside the area, and existing neighborhoods are still
active.
C. Building Orientation
The consideration for the proposal is to allow users to enjoy the sceneries inside
the area, by means of having verandas to allow guest to sit and relax for their day;
having also a windows to see through outside even when they are inside the units;
sliding windows is also advisable to capture more winds and as well natural lights. The
doors or the entryways of the two (2) units are both facing North orientation to lessen
the heat penetrating during daytime, and the other unit faces at east, which also prevent
hear coming inside.
The nature of the sun path is predictable, in order for us to lessen the heat and
also only enters the light; we designed the house to be more efficient and less
maintenance.

For the part of the materials to be use, the consideration for this is to be
vernacular materials, meaning all materials are easy to get in the market and the
availability of the product is not limited, because it is made locally here in our
country. Also to point out, the materials we used in the design is be able adapt,
so it is very easy to maintain and it has long lasting effect.
For the part of the design process is the building form of the proposal, this
includes the overall idea or concept of the designer as per the client’s suggestions. The
Modern Bungalow type categorized as a traditional design, it features the steep roof or
high pitch roof; simple design of façade; medium to large windows; neutral paint and so
