Standards: The program is efficiently and effectively administered and managed by a qualified local CDC/LC
Committee/Board/Office that focuses attention to the needs of young children, their parents and CDC/LC staff to
promote quality integrated services. The Program Focal Person/Administrator/Director/Principal provides leadership
and support to staff and families, so that young children have high quality experiences.
