I. Objectives
After this lesson, with 90% accuracy, the pupils are able to:
a. describe personal health issues and concerns;
b. practices self-management skills to prevent and control personal health issues
and concerns; and
c. understand the importance of self-management skills.

III. Procedure
A. Preliminary Activities
 Prayer
 Greetings
 Checking of attendance
B. Motivation
 The teacher will lead the pupils to the playground to perform a zumba
exercise. After returning inside the classroom, the teacher will ask the
pupils some questions related to the activity that they did.
C. Lesson Proper
 The teacher will have a discuss about the different Personal Health -
Issues and Concerns. During and after the discussion the teacher will
ask the pupils some questions related to the discussion.
D. Application
 The pupils will be asked to get one whole sheet of paper and write an
essay about what they have learn from the discussion.
E. Generalizaton
 The pupils will now share what they have written in their essays in
front of their classmates.
F. Evaluation
 The pupils will be asked to get ½ lengthwise size of paper and number
it from 1 to 10. The teacher will read some questions from a test
questionnaire with multiple choices twice, and the pupils will write the
letter of the correct answer only.
