Key Notes / Issues / Concerns

Variation Notice for Revised Scope Alignment has been issued to SAJCO on 16-Mar-2023, Ref :00-4200000030-NEO-LTR-000634. The Contractor has submitted the response proposal for the issued Variation Notice 4 (New Spine Alignment works) for NEOM’s
1 Review. The Contractor notifies the Employer that estimated revised value of works amounts to SAR 537,662,887.55 exceeding the Contract Value by SAR 58,133,661.55. Therefore, Contractor requests the Employer to provide the guidance to align Project
Scope of works with Estimated work order value.

The BOQ has not been issued by NEOM. The Contractor has submitted the response proposal for the issued Variation Notice 4 (New Spine Alignment works) for NEOM’s Review, which has been rejected by NEOM, Ref: 00-4200000030-NEO-LTR-000729. The

Contractor shall reply to the Employer comments.
