• Dinagyang Festival:
• Similar to the Ati-Atihan Festival, the
Dinagyang Festival takes place in Iloilo City
and honors the Santo Niño. The festival
features street dances performed by tribes
from different parts of the region, each
showcasing their unique choreography,
costumes, and music. The Dinagyang dance
is energetic and fast-paced, with intricate
footwork and synchronized movements.

Pamulinawen Festival
• Originating in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, the
Pamulinawen Festival celebrates the
Ilocano heritage and folklore. The festival
includes street dancing competitions
where participants perform the
Pamulinawen dance, which is characterized
by graceful movements and gestures
inspired by the story of the Ilocano folk
song "Pamulinawen."
