like vinegar or a spicy vinegar-based dip. Chicken crop is known for its crunchy texture,

Cleaning: To get rid of any dirt or contaminants, the chicken intestines are thoroughly cleaned.
Boiling: After being washed, the intestines are cooked through and become tender in water.
Preparation: Depending on preference, the intestines are usually sliced into bite-sized chunks
or strips after boiling.
Deep-frying: In order to make the prepared intestines crispy and golden brown, they are
deepfried in heated oil. Their characteristic crunchy feel comes from this stage.
