Supervision result:
On December 11th, the HSE Department conducted the supervision of safety and civilization situation
at the production site. The problems founSd during the supervision will be distributed to each department
(outsourcing company), and each department (outsourcing company) is required to make comprehensive
rectification based on the problems found during the inspection. The issues discovered during the inspection
have been recorded in the EHS Platform. The form for safety supervision & rectification measures of
hidden hazard is attached below.
Rectification requirements：
(1) After rectification of issues related to civilization, feedback can be sent in the safety WeChat group
(rectification photos+notification number+problem description).
(2) The responsible department and team should promptly complete the division of the issues recorded
in EHS Platform, and assign the rectification personnel, acceptance personnel, and planned completion
time. Those who fail to assign or rectify on time will be assessed according to relevant management
regulations of the company.
(3) For behaviors such as false rectification or incomplete rectification, formality of rectification, lack
of feedback on rectification, partial rectification and without rectifying similar issues, etc. found during
inspection, assessment will be assessed according to relevant management regulations of the company.
