Mentorship Contract
一、双方职责 Responsibilities of both parties
（一） 师傅职责 Mentor’s Responsibilities

1、师傅根据徒弟的岗位职责，明确培养目标，做好培训规划。 The
mentor shall clarify the training objectives and make training planning
according to the post responsibilities of the mentee.
2、师傅对徒弟的业务培训和安全培训全面负责。立足岗位，依托运行

规程和安全作业规程，传授技能、经验，培养徒弟达到岗位业务和能力要

求 。 The mentor is fully responsible for the mentee's technical training and
safety training. Based on the post, relying on the operation procedures and safe
operation procedures, impart skills and experience, and train mentees to meet
the post technical and ability requirements.
3、师傅要严于律己，为人处事要起到模范、榜样作用。负责对徒弟从

严教育、从严管理，传带优良作风，养成良好的安全、文明生产习惯。 The
mentor should be strict with himself and act as an example. Be responsible for
strict education and management of mentees, impart good work style, and
develop good safe and civilized production habits.
4、经常与徒弟沟通，了解掌握徒弟的学习培训效果。把控培训进度，

圆 满 完 成 培 训 任 务 。 Often communicate with mentees to understand their

learning and training effects. Control the training progress and successfully
complete the training task.
5、定期对徒弟的学习、工作态度、业务水平、工作能力进行客观分析，

并提出针对性改进提高措施。每月在徒弟作业本上出题进行 2 次考试，同

时每月对徒弟进行 2 次仿真机考试， 考后进行评价和指导。 Regularly

conduct objective analysis on the mentee's learning, work attitude, professional
level and work ability, and put forward targeted improvement measures.
Organize two tests per month on the mentee’s training notebook and two
simulation exams, providing evaluation and guidance after each test.
6、师傅要监督徒弟遵守公司各项规章制度、防疫措施、安全作业规程

和运行规程，不出现违纪现象和生产事故。 The mentor shall supervise the

mentee to abide by the company's rules and regulations, epidemic prevention
measures, safe operation procedures and operation procedures, and avoid
discipline violations and production accidents.
（二） 徒弟职责 Mentee’s Duties

1、服从师傅领导，听从分配，主动求教，主动配合师傅培训计划，主

动 自 觉 的 完 成 本 岗 位 培 训 任 务 。 Obey the mentor's leadership, obey the

assignment, actively seek advice, actively cooperate with the mentor's training
plan, and actively and consciously complete the on-the-job training tasks.
2、尊敬师傅，团结同志，主动搞好师徒关系，当好师傅的助手。
Respect the mentor, unite with comrades, take the initiative to improve the
relationship between teachers and mentees, and be a good assistant to the
mentor.
3、热爱本职工作，加强业务知识学习，加强实践能力训练，不断提高

运 行 操 作 水 平 和 解 决 、 处 理 实 际 问 题 的 能 力 。 Love their own work,

strengthen the study of technical knowledge, strengthen the training of practical
ability, and constantly improve the operation level and the ability to solve and
deal with practical problems.
4、经常与师傅沟通，反应自己学习、工作、生活方面的问题。 Often
communicate with the mentor to reflect their problems in study, work and life.
5、遵守公司各项规章制度，遵守劳动纪律，严格落实岗位职责和安全

操作规程，不出现违纪现象和生产事故。 Abide by the company's rules and

regulations, abide by staff discipline, strictly implement post responsibilities
and safety operation procedures, and avoid discipline violations and production
accidents.
二、奖惩办法： Incentives:
合同期内每次规程考试和仿真机考试成绩作为最终测评依据。根据徒

弟考试成绩奖惩，师傅获得同等奖惩兑现。The results of each code exam

and simulator exam during the contract period will be used as the final
evaluation basis. According to the mentee's examination results, the mentor will
receive the same rewards and punishments.
三、补充规定 Additional Regulations：
1、按岗位高低逐级作为师徒；岗位高一级就可以作为低一级的师傅 ，

比如主值可以是机组长的徒弟，也可是副值的师傅；一个师傅最多带两个

徒弟。首先班组内部进行自由搭配，最后部门再进行细微调整。The staffs
will serve as mentor-mentee according to the position. Those with a higher
position can serve as mentor with a lower-position employee, for example, the
operator can be the mentee of the unit leader or the mentor of the vice operator.
A mentor can have at most two mentees. First, there will be free arrangements
within the team, and finally the department makes minor adjustments.
2、在半年合同期后，可以申请更换师徒，重新签订师徒合同。合同期

后，师徒相互评分，该评分将体现在岗位竞聘的测评成绩中。 After the

half-year contract period, they can apply to replace the mentor and mentee and
sign a new master and apprentice contract. After the contract period, mentors
and mentee will rate each other, which will be reflected in the evaluation results
during the post promotion.
