Nâng cao năng lực cung ứng phương pháp điều trị không dùng thuốc y học cổ
truyền tại các cơ sở khám chữa bệnh. Kết hợp chặt chẽ các phương pháp chữa
bệnh không dùng thuốc của y học cổ truyền với các phương pháp chữa bệnh
của y học hiện đại nhằm nâng cao chất lượng điều trị. Giảm quá tải cho các
bệnh viện tuyến trên, bảo đảm công bằng, hiệu quả trong công tác bảo vệ, chăm
sóc và nâng cao sức khỏe nhân dân.
Improve the capacity to provide non-traditional medicine treatments in medical
facilities. Closely combine the non-medicinal treatment methods of traditional
medicine with the methods of modern medicine to improve the effectiveness of
treatment. Reducing overload for upper-level hospitals, ensuring fairness,
