MVP, Hypothesis, Experimentation and Key Results
• Evaluate Offers: Job Seeker’s, Offer evaluation platform

• Solutions to most of the pains already exists through multiple web applications which is spanned across all places (Glassdoor, Ambition box, PayScale,
fishbowl are few frequently used)

• Creating a platform where user can make data driven decision making

• Hypothesis Statement:

• We believe that comparative analysis, data-driven analytics can help job seekers make better decisions

• Points to note:

• There is no proper mechanism/process defined to evaluate the offers, simply to put in as “Comparative analysis of job offers” does not exist today (as
of 01/22/22)

• User must gather the information from various sources keep it in excel, identify the parameters, create a pivot and decide on what to choose which
involves lot of time and energy ; Challenge is by the time data is ready to be interpreted opportunity/offer will be missed by a job seeker

• Key Results:

• Have discussed the idea and did a walk-through on the prototype with 8 customers, out of which 7 of them have shown interest and provided
suggestions to existing process for a better customer experience

• 1 person mentioned there are challenges from Data Security point considering confidentiality & privacy which we are brainstorming for an alternative
solution
