II. DESCRIPTION
In celebration of the Christmas season, the Supreme Student Council aims to uplift
the spirit of Christmas through an activity which will showcase the way our university
celebrates Christmas season. This is through various activities that will create and
indelible mark to the hearts of the Essudyantes.

First activity. Each College will compose a music according to the guidelines which
will be presented to them. After that, they will create a music video out of it to further see
the message of the music. Each entry will be posted at the official Facebook page of the
Supreme Student Council and will be judged by the Vice Presidents of the university.
The winner of this competition will be held as the official Christmas Station ID of the
University.

Second Activity is a short program followed by the Ceremonial lighting and fireworks
display of ESSU’s giant Christmas tree at the center of the grandstand. This is
surrounded by Parols, made through the collaboration of the different organizations in
the university.

Lastly a Christmas party through various performances of ESSU’ local bands,

talented individuals, and music extravaganza by the provincial band for the students. The
highlight of the event is a raffle draw that comprises different materials or equipment that
will help the student through their academic journey here in ESSU.

planned activities are designed to engage students in various ways, emphasizing the
importance of artistic expression and community involvement. The music composition
competition, with guidelines for each college, encourages creative collaboration and
provides a platform for students to showcase their talents through music videos.

The ceremonial lighting and fireworks display of the university's giant Christmas tree
symbolically mark the beginning of the festive season, further enhanced by the
collaborative creation of Parols by different university organizations. The Christmas
party, featuring local bands, talented individuals, and a provincial band, serves as a
cultural and entertainment showcase, contributing to the vibrant identity of ESSU. The
inclusion of a raffle draw with prizes beneficial to academic pursuits adds a practical
dimension to the celebration, directly supporting students in their educational journey. In
essence, these activities aim to create lasting memories, strengthen university identity,
and uplift the spirits of the Essudyantes, making the Christmas season a memorable and
unifying experience for the entire ESSU community.

IV. OBJECTIVES
This proposed activity aims to achieve the following objectives:
a. Compose and select a song that can be used as ESSU Christmas Station ID.
b. Immerse the Students talent/creativity in music, and video production.
c. To foster camaraderie, solidarity, and oneness among the members and none-
members of each college.
