The map illustrates the information regarding the process of rainwater is collected for the use of drinking

water in an Australian town.

Overall, there are five steps in the process of water filtration, initiating with rainwater is collected and
culminating in clean drinking water is leaded to people’s home.
Firstly, when it rains, rainwater falls on the roofs of house, then it falls into the drain. Rainwater continues
to flow into the water pipe before passing through the filter. After the water is filtered, it will continue to
flow into the first large tank.
Following this, filtered water in the first tank is transferred to a treatment tank, where it is added with
chemicals from a small machine. At the end of the process, after being mixed with chemicals, it is
transported to the water pipes of each household in Australia.
