The diagram illustrates the information regarding the process of a

home smokery system. It is clear that there are three main steps,
initiating with leading fresh air into underground chamber and
culminating in the smoked fish finished and ready to eat.

At the start of the process, there is the first lid on the ground and
under it is a pipe. The fresh air is led to the chamber and ready for the
next stage. The logs are placed under the cover of the second
chamber, then the logs are burned. The burning logs are ignited with
creates high temperature and smoke to create smoke.

At the end of the process , the narrow smoke pipe is narrowed is


connected to a box on the ground. This box contains fish which are
hung on a rope.The smoke from the previous step is piped to this box
to cook the fish. The smoked fish is finished and ready to eat.
