I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Jeanette Uy, Mrs. Ofelia
Bautista, Mrs. Vilma Caronan, Mr Zenaida and Mr. Romulo for facilitating me with the
resourceful and productive course which provided me on the opportunity to learn the
basic foundation of the burea and Mrs. Jeanette Uy, Ms. Leilanie Claridad and Ms. Carl:
Dealca for the helpful guidance and constant supervision throughout.

My appreciations and gratefulness to my family who supported me throughout

this program. Lastly, to our Almighty God for guiding me and gave me strength in being
productive in my work immersion.
Values and Attributes of a Student in a Work Immersion

Work Immersion is a program in the K-12 curriculum, specifically in Senior High School.
It refers to the hours in a two-week period from Monday to Friday of hands-on
experience that exposes us to the actual work setting connected to our strand or our
desired career path in the near future.

Senior High School students, or Grade 12 students, improve their cultural literacy
and develop cognitive skills. Grade 12 students benefit from the ability to communicate
effectively with people and understand the flow of the workplace. This program provides
us with a venue to improve ourselves through firsthand work experience, preparing us
to face the real world after graduating and choose our desired course of study.

Through the Work Immersion program in the Philippine National Police, I

received training and enhanced my skills by performing clerical tasks. It also taught me
how to conduct myself professionally at work by being punctual, dressing appropriately,
following instructions, being polite and obedient, offering help when needed, respecting
others, and understanding workplace etiquette. However, the most important lesson I
learned from this experience is always to smile and maintain a professional demeanor.

This experience, along with the people I encountered, has motivated me to

pursue my future goals, specifically to become a Police woman
