ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Project: Materials for the Construction of Extension of Reading Center

The construction started last February 13, 2023. Some of the materials were already
delivered ahead of time that the construction started smoothly. Due to permit to cut the Narra
tree and Mango tree from DENR, the construction started longer than expected.
At last, it was finalized February 20, 2023.
Attached to this accomplishment report are the pictures, receipts and materials and
labor breakdown that served as documentation for the project.
