MECHANICS:

1. The cosplayer/contestant may choose any Mobile Legends character to replicate and to
characterize.

2. Cosplay is open to all residents of the Municipality of Igbaras

3.The cosplay presentation will be on the 29th of December and contestants should prepare a
short introduction not exceeding 3 sentences.

4. Lewd costumes/cosplay presentations are strictly prohibited.

5. Points may be deducted if competitors fail to observe certain provisions stated in the contest
mechanics.

6. The decision of the Board of Judges will be final and cannot be appealed.

CRITERIA:

Characterization 40%

(Accuracy of character portrayal and stunts on-stage.)

Resemblance - 30%

(Resemblance of costume, accessories, make-up and wig to the character being portrayed.)

Craftsmanship - 25%

(Workmanship, creativity and intricacy of costume detail/attention to detail.)

Audience Impact 5%

(Entertainment value and stage presence.)
