1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. Contract Agreement

Future Horizon Est Entitled as per Signed Contract will execute Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Phase 1 Sitewide Infrastructure Project Osp
Design & Build Project from 3rd April 2023 as per contract.

1.2. Objectives

The purpose of this interim claim submission is to demonstrate FHC's rights to an interim extension of time for completion of scope as well as additional time
for the delay events that are not the Contractor's responsibility.
This is to ensure that the reviewer understands how the baseline schedule sequence of work & activities are affected by the late issuance of civil design for
osp design & build project.
This document also shows the changes made to baseline structure of the schedule from several point of view that cause delay and impact the baseline
dates for each activity that was in progress and not started in the given time Plan.
Efforts have been made to expedite the work and minimize the delay as much as possible. Delays in some areas, however, are beyond the reach of FHC.
In delay event chronology the dates are taken as per calendar days, while in time impact analysis the delay duration is taken as per primavera p6 program
(working days).

2. SCOPE

This Narrative format is only used in relation to osp design & build project which are part of the Misk City Company Phase1 Side wide infrastructure, nor on
any other Misk project stage.

The scope of the Narrative is intended to be wide enough to cover all osp design & build project elements of the Phase1 Side wide infrastructure work
according to the maximum possible extent at the maturity point/milestone.

The scope of work is summarized as follows:

2.1 Scope of work

The scope of work is summarized as below.

• Design & Build Fiber Optic Cable

2.2 Contract Details

• Original Contract Value: 5,149,194.00
• Adjustment to Contract Price (VO-01) : 435,840.00
• Total Contract Value Including (VO-01) : 5,585,034.00
• Project Start Date: 03 April 2023
• Project Finish Date: 27 November 2023
• Total Duration: 238 Days

3. DELAY ANALYSIS METHODOLOGY

3.1. TIME IMPACT ANALYSIS

Forensic schedule analysis techniques can be used to quantify delays occurred during a project. To demonstrate delays in osp design & build project, we
used Time Impact Analysis. TIA provides guidelines for the project Scheduler to assess and quantify the effects of unplanned events on current project
completion.

6.4 Delay Event 4 - Area Under Construction

Although it has been informed many times during meetings and sent official emails that some areas in the network are still under construction, affecting
L07, L06, and residential areas. In addition, the construction failed to be completed at the site within the given time frame, affecting the schedule by 9
days as well.

6.7. Time Impact Analysis Summary

A baseline construction schedule is analysed first, then the available updates are analysed chronologically, monitoring progress along critical and near-
critical activity sequences. For each interval, the previous status update is used as the baseline for analysing delays over the next period. By comparing
activity start and finish dates, durations, and relationships between updates, the method assesses the effect of any changes on the project's completion
date or interim milestones.
