1.0 PURPOSE / / TUJUAN
To ensure that the pabrication of support tray cable and support piping is performed safely, efficiently
and in accordance with good work practice, as per Lamipak project job specification required. The
procedure is intended to provide general application guidance and establish quality control during
preparation and installation, resulting in good test results.
//Untuk memastikan bahwa pembuatan support tray cable dan support pipa dilakukan dengan Benar,
efisien dan sesuai dengan praktik kerja yang baik, sesuai dengan spesifikasi pekerjaan project Lamipak yang
dipersyaratkan. Prosedur ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan panduan aplikasi umum dan menetapkan
kontrol kualitas selama persiapan dan pemasangan, sehingga menghasilkan hasil pengujian yang baik.
2.0 SCOPE // LINGKUP
This method statement is always be Fabrication Suport tray cable and Suport Pipe on the Lamipak
Indonesia New Plant Project, Cikande Banten. Accordance with the project specifications, manufacturer's
recommendations, drawings and regulations.
//Pernyataan metode ini berlaku untuk semua kegiatan pabrikasi support tray cable dan support pipa yang
akan dipasang di Proyek Pabrik Baru Lamipak Indonesia, Cikande Banten. Sesuai dengan spesifikasi proyek,
rekomendasi pabrikan, gambar, dan peraturan.
3.0 DEFINITIONS // DEFINISI

The supply of waste water from the Production Room uses Galvanized pipes and PVC pipes to the
concrete/concrete tank, then treated/processed leading to the separation stage is towards the sediment
tank, flocculant tank. Then it is processed repeatedly using a Water waste treatment system or can be
abbreviated as WWTP, until it becomes clean water and is ready to be used again.
To supporting of the pipes and cables. Support for cable trays and pipe is made using angle bar and
UNP.

// Suplai Air limbah dari Ruang Produksi menggunakan pipa Galvanize dan Pipa PVC Menuju Bak beton
/ Kongkrit, kemudian di olah / di proses menuju ketahap pemisahan yakni menuju pada tangki sendimen
tank, flocculan. Kemudian di proses berulang kali dengan sistim Water waste treatment atau dapat
disingkat dengan WWTP, hingga menjadi Air bersih dan siap untuk di manfaatkan kembali.
Untuk Memperkuat tanahan Beban berat yang di berikan pada pipa dan Kabel maka di buatlah Suport
atau tahanan Tray cable dan Suport pipa menggunakan Besi Siku dan UNP.

4.0 RESPONSIBILITIES // TANGGUNG JAWAB
4.1 Project Manager // Manajer Proyek
Project Manager (MEP) will be responsible to manage, execute, complete, and handover the
construction activities within approved budgets and resources in compliance with Project Requirements as
specified in Project Specifications.
//Manajer Proyek (MEP) akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola, melaksanakan, menyelesaikan,
dan menyerahkan kegiatan konstruksi sesuai dengan anggaran dan sumber daya yang disetujui
berdasarkan persyaratan yang telah ditentukan dalam spesifikasi proyek.

4.2 Site Manager // Manajer Lapangan

Responsible for the implementation of good work procedures at the site and also to ensure that all
necessary resources are available, such as manpower, tools, and materials. The site manager must be able
to maintain the harmony at the site, so that the project can run smoothly, safely, as scheduled, and within
budget.
//Bertanggung jawab atas penerapan prosedur kerja yang baik di site dan juga memastikan bahwa
semua sumber daya yang diperlukan tersedia, seperti tenaga kerja, alat, dan bahan. Site manager harus
dapat menjaga keharmonisan di lokasi, sehingga proyek dapat berjalan dengan lancar, aman, sesuai
jadwal, dan sesuai anggaran.
4.3 MEP // Mechanical Electrical And Plumbing Engineer
Responsible for the overall of MEP-Mechanical Electrical And Plumbing work. Ensure that related
documents have been submitted and approved, and ensure that related parties have received the
information and can carry out the work in accordance with the applicable procedures and regulations.
//Bertanggung jawab atas keseluruhan pekerjaan MEP-Mechanical. Memastikan bahwa dokumen
terkait telah disampaikan dan disetujui, serta memastikan bahwa pihak terkait telah menerima informasi
tersebut dan dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan prosedur dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
4.4 Quality Control Supervisor // Pengawas Kualitas Pekerjaan
Responsible for inspection and verification that the installation has been properly implemented and
the inspection is carried out according to the approved Inspection Test Plan in a timely manner, and also
for ensuring that the QC documents have been signed by all authorized parties.

dan inspeksi dilakukan sesuai dengan Rencana Uji Inspeksi yang disetujui secara tepat waktu, dan juga
untuk memastikan bahwa dokumen QC telah ditandatangani oleh semua pihak yang berwenang.
4.5 Foreman // Mandor
Responsible for the preparation of works and supervise the workers in the site, and ensures that the
workers work in accordance of applicable procedures and HSE has been implemented.
//Bertanggung jawab atas persiapan pekerjaan dan mengawasi pekerja di lokasi, serta memastikan
pekerja bekerja sesuai prosedur yang berlaku dan HSE telah diterapkan.

4.6 HSE Officer // Petugas HSE

Responsible for the implementation of all safety requirements and to ensure that the works are
undertaken in a safe and proper manner, all in accordance with the approved HSE Plan.

¤ Before basic painting, each Cable Tray Support and Pipe Support is coated or smeared with
anti-rust (zincchromate) several times until evenly distributed, then after drying go to the
next stage.
//Sebelum pengecatan dasar setiap Suport Tray kabel dan Suport Pipa di lapisi atau di oleskan
dengan anti karat ( zinchromate ) beberapa kali sampai merata, kemudian sesudah kering
menuju ke tahap berikutnya.

9.4.3 Unloading Iron UNP And Angel Bar //Unloding Besi UNP dan Besi siku
1. Before making Tray Cable Supports and Pipe Supports, prepare the tools and
materials that will be used // Sebelum pembuatan Suport Tray cable dan Suport pipa,
Persiapkan alat dan bahan yang akan digunakan.
2. Cut the cable tray and angel bar according to the dimensions shown in the Shop
drawing. // potong Tray cabel dan Angel bar sesuai ukuran yang terdapat pada
gambar kerja,
3. After cutting it according to the Shop drawing, clean off the “Gram” on the surface
materials, then welding is carried out evenly. and make sure there are no gaps
between the sides // Setelah di potong dengan sesuai ukuran yang ada pada gambar
kemudian, di bersihkan sisa hasil pemotongan pada Besi siku tersebut. Kemudian
pengelasan dilakukan secara merata, dan dipastikan tidak ada celah antara sisi nya.
