 The speaker’s goal Is it to critique on government annual budget.
 The primary message is that government should be take decision responsibly when annual budget
is being made.

 On the floor of national assembly and on the date of 24, JUNE 2020 is the speech being delivered
 300 to 350 people are included in audience
 In addition to the live audience, the speech is covered by the all national television channels

 There are other speakers before this one speaker
 Both speaker’s messages are not similar
 The speaker was introduced in a very decent manner
There is no introduction establish why the audience should listen to this speaker with this topic at
this time

 There was not any hook used effectively to draw the audience into the speech
 The speaker didn’t open with a dry “It’s great to be here today. “
