The referenced transportation procedure and associated seafastening details are considered satisfactory and,
based on documentation provided, the proposed transportation is within the stated capacity of the AWB
PERDANA EXCELSIOR, seafastening equipment and the transported item.

The undersigned has also witnessed the preparations for the towage. Tug “ZD AQUARIUS” (IMO No.
9529085) owned by Hung Hai Nguyen Company Limited is hereby approved based on a bollard pull of 57.43
tonnes as stated in the Certificate issued by Class ABS on 29 January 2024 and that it is generally fit to
undertake the tow.

Subject to compliance with the stated procedures and any additional recommendations submitted by this office
or attending surveyor, the Sailaway of the AWB “PERDANA EXCELSIOR” from Songkhla Anchorage,
Thailand to Nong Yao Field, Offshore Thailand is hereby approved to proceed.

This certificate is issued solely for the purposes of the proposed operation and is based upon external
conditions observed by the undersigned of the hull, machinery and equipment without removal, exposure,
operating or testing of parts. This Certificate shall not be deemed or considered to be a general Certificate of
Seaworthiness.

No responsibility is accepted by this office for the way in which the towage is undertaken following departure.
Any alterations to the surveyed items and / or deviations from the approved procedures following the issuance
of this Certificate may render the Certificate invalid unless the changes have been approved by this office.

This Certificate of Approval is issued without prejudice to any insurance interests or to any or all parties
concerned and is issued subject to ABL Consultants Malaysia Sdn Bhd Terms and Conditions of Business,
Purchase Order, PO No.: TOSPGP024-0177 dated 29/01/2024.

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. The following are to be reported to the Owners, the below signed representative of ABL and
copied to surveys.offshore.my@abl-group.com, & nassir.rahman@abl-group.com for the
duration of the voyage:
i. Daily noon report (in the format on the following page).
ii. Weather forecast and weather routing recommendations.
iii. Any emergency situations which necessitate the diversion to a port of refuge.
iv. If the final agreed destination changes after departure, this office must be informed and
approval must be obtained.
v. Significant events affecting the tow must be reported e.g., deviations, tow line failure,
Tropical Depressions on route etc.
2. The Owners of the towed vessel shall comply with all legal requirements for the duration of the
voyage.
3. The tow route shall comply with the agreed passage plan.
4. Daily weather forecasts from a recognized weather forecasting company are to be forwarded to
the tug.
5. The tug(s) bunkers and other consumables are to be monitored to ensure (as a minimum) a 5-
day reserve is always maintained onboard.
6. No hot work to take place onboard the tow without prior approval from the above signed
representative of ABL.
7. Adequate securing and lashing for moveable items on AWB Perdana Excelsior main deck to be
done prior sailaway and to be monitor at all times during the tow passage.
8. The certificate shall ceased to be valid at anytime once the towline is disconnected or safely
arrived at final destination.
