Okay, let’s say I have here 20 apples and


I will give these apples to my 5 friends.

So, the division sentence here is 20÷5=4 (the learners listen and answer)
And the subtraction sentence here is
20-5=15 (1)
15-5=10 (2)
10-5=5 (2)
5-5=0 (4)

5.Group Activity

6. Application

Draw fruits to show division as a repeated


subtraction. Group them into 3 and then (The learners are doing their activity)
write the subtraction sentence and the
division sentence.

Draw objects inside the box and show division as repeated subtraction by encircling the
objects.
