 WHAT´S YOUR CRITICAL POSITION ABOUT COVID 19? (more than 200 words)
INDIVIDUAL

In my opinion, covid 19 is a worldwide virus that affects all aspects of our lives. For
example, the way we teach, the way we meet, the way we even shop, has changed.
we currently do everything virtually.

However, there are people who miss doing all their activities in person and are
not aware that they harm other people at the same time, there are other people
who have adapted and believe that doing things in a virtual way is faster than in
a virtual way. face-to-face

However, this virus has brought more negative than positive aspects because we know
that there are too many people who have died due to this virus and many others who
are in the hospital.

Finally, I believe that the coronavirus has imposed a new normal on us and we must
adopt security measures to be able to continue with our lives without becoming
infected.

These safety measures are to wash our hands continuously, use disinfectant every
time we have contact with outside structures, use a mask whenever it will go out and
use a face shield every time public transport is used, social gatherings are prohibited is
strange but we must accept that this is our new reality

In Peru we find different exotic dishes on the costa, sierra and selva, but the
region that is famous for having more exotic dishes is the selva, for example the
suri.

The suri is an edible larva of the Amazon beetle known as the black weevil, this
worm reproduces in the stems of the aguaje or palm heart.

It is an exquisite exotic dish from the jungle, one of the most requested by local
and foreign visitors for its flavor and high protein content. Its preparation is very
simple, it contains the larvae of the beetle, which is very greasy, which is
extracted from the aguaje or palmetto trees, and is fried in its own oil.

When you go to the regions that have this dish, the locals offer it to you, and
many times they get upset if you don't welcome this exotic dish. In my opinion, I
think it is interesting to try these types of dishes because you have experiences,
and many times these dishes are usually very delicious.
