The members of this company brainstormed a name for the company that relates
to our product. We came up with the term O-BITES. As you can see in our logo, the O
represents a potato because our food is created with sweet potatoes, and it also stands
for ONE because the company aims to make our customers like our product after just
one bite.

The company created this tagline says “THE BITES OF HAPPINESS”, as we also aim
that our product will make customers happy and excited when they buy it.

Our Sweet Potato Meatballs are made with premium ingredients, including fresh
mashed potatoes, high-quality cheese, and carefully selected meats, ensuring a
harmonious flavor profile. The crispy exterior and creamy interior create a delightful

enjoyed as appetizers, side dishes, or main courses, making them suitable for various

relatively high, and we aim to produce a high-quality product that justifies the cost.

Suppliers are important to our business "Sweet Potato Meatballs" because they provide
the necessary needed ingredients for our product. We will acquire our supplies of fresh
sweet potato and meat in Tacloban City Public Market. We choose this area for
acquiring supplies for the following reason.

Quality: The quality of our product, firstly needed the good ratings from their buyers
because it affects the success of the company and helps establish its reputation in
customer markets. We will personally our ingredient to ensure we get the fresh ones to
have our sweet potato meatballs at it most freshness and good quality to guarantee the
satisfaction of our costumer.

Price: Price is an important things to our buyers. This can be done by picking fresh
ingredients at it most affordable price to lessen the cost of production, thus helping to
lessen also the price.

Consistency: In terms of business, we sometimes rely on consistency and the reliable


ingredients. Suppliers provides our company "0-Bites" with a regular and consistent
supply, which enables us to maintain our production well. Suppliers are an important part
of our business because of their role on improving the quality, lowering costs and
maintaining the consistency of our sweet potato meat balls product. They also have the
power to influence our price in any way it can.

Our target customers are the people within Tacloban City, specifically in Justice
Romualdez St. in front of RTR Plaza, beside of Don Macchiato. Meanwhile, the
secondary target customers consists of the people who work in the area. In addition to it,
Netizens, who loves meat balls, are also considered as a part of the secondary target
customers. Most of these target customers will come from other schools in Tacloban
City, or mainly those students that are interested in meat balls. These demographics will
be the potential customers to our business. Students, faculty staff, or even people
around Tacloban City, are mostly a part of the target customers to our business.

The threat of new entrants in the industry to compete with the business is high because
of low initial capital requirement; however, our company is not in known for having new
entrant to easily compete with us.

Other firms may provide products like tofu meatballs, shrimp balls that could be an
alternative to sweet potato meat balls. By appealing to vegetarian and consumers who
love shrimps, these alternatives may have an impact our company and cause us to lose
market share if we don’t provide comparable products.

Establishing a new business can have various impacts, both positive and negative,
depending on the nature of the business and its market. Here are some potential effects.

3.3 PRODUCTION PROCESS

 Pre-production:
 Preparing all the ingredients.
 Improving the quality of the product.

 Production:
 Cooking the sweet potato meatballs

1. First, cook the potatoes and then after that mashed them.
2. Mixed together the mashed potato, flour, egg, salt, magic sarap and
pepper.
3. Mixed together the ground pork, carrots, onion, garlic, spring onion, oyster
sauce and pepper.
4. Dust your hands lightly with flour. Spread a spoonful of the sweet potato
dough mix in the palm of your hand. Make an indention in the middle
and stuff it with the meat mixture and cheese. And roll to make it circle.
5. Heat oil in the pan and fry the sweet potato meatballs until its golden
brown.

 Making the sauce


1. Heat the pan and melt the butter.
2. Add flour, nestle cream, water and then mix.
3. Add oyster sauce and pepper and then mix it until you get the right
texture.

 Packaging
 Put the potato cheesy meat balls in a hamburger box and put the sauce
at the top.
 Serving
 Selling potato cheesy meat balls to costumers.

Sweet Potato Meatballs may have limited shelf life due to fresh ingredients and lack of
preservatives because the Sweet Potato Meat balls are made with fresh ingredients and
don’t include any preservatives, their shelf life may be limited. Allergen Information,

the downtown area.

5.2 Organizational Structure


5.3 Capitalization
We came up with the capital via contribution, we members contributed 328 each for the
total of 2, 620 of the contribution, we budgeted it for ingredients, we bought and the
equipment we utilized. Except our non-cash asset one of that is the property, Inventory-
goods that a company holds for sale and other equipment. Lastly accounts receivable-
amounts due from customers for goods or services sold.

5.4 Distribution of Profits

Each contributor, including ingredient costs, worker wages, business expenses, and
profit, receives an equal share of the overall profits generated by the meatball business.
