As we see from the above figure our site has good soil which is hard soil and also it doesn’t have any water table so that it very good
to build a building for hotel purpose.

 ADIVANTEGES OF THE SITE
 The site has good soil type which is comfortable for G+2 building dormitory
 the site has not any ground water table which is free from ground water table
 the site has not any contour so that it is comfortable for executing of the projects
 the climate condition is comfortable for the projects
 our site is comfortable for hotel purpose
 It also accessible for everything because it is in main area.

Disadvantages of the site

 Around the site has many different types of hotel
 The location in not well developed so that it may be affect to our hotel
 Sometimes the climate of the location is changed so that it may be affect to our site.

5 design solution

When we are doing the whole process on the planning of the project we have getting of different design problems.
Those are as follow:

1. Affecting the harsh for the hotel projects

2. Facing of problems with the not coming parallel for the toilet with G,G+1
SOLUTION TO THOSE PROPLEMS
For the harsh we used the glazing for preventing the affecting by sun but the glazing is not normal glazing
rather it is a glazing type which controls the sun.
For the facing with not coming parell we used the technics by making 3cm thick the slab for the sake of
preventing of the pipes
In addition to this the design solution is used or giving a solution for happening of the problems during the design
phase.
