Hereinafter called the Owner which term shall mean and include
wherever the context so requires or permits his heirs, legal
representatives, executors,administrators, nominees and assigns of
the ONE PART.
And
Here in after called the “TENANT” which term shall mean and include
wherever the context so requires or permits his heirs, legal
representatives, executors, administrators, nominees and assigns of
the OTHER PART.
The terms OWNER and TENANT wherever they occur herein if the
context allows shall mean and include their respective heirs,
executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and
assigns.
The owner is the absolute owner of the premises at No1 1st floor,
Poonthottam, 2rd street, Pazhavanthangal, Chennai 600114.
Whereas the TENANT requested the Owner to grant for rent of the
part of the schedule property for his residential purpose for a period
of 11 months and the Owner agreed for the same on the following
terms and conditions and more fully described in the Scheduled
property.
1. The rent for the premises Rs. 8000/- (Rupees eight thousand
only) per month to the owner on or before 5th of every
succeeding month.
7. The Tenant shall keep the premises rent out to him in good
TENANTABLE condition.
9. The Tenant shall not sub let or in any other way part with
the possession of the said premises to any other party.
10. The Tenant shall not carry out any structural changes or
any alterations to the premises without the prior approval of
the Owner.
13. If the Tenant fails to pay the rent for three continuous
months, then the agreement automatically expires and the
Tenant should vacate the house immediately without any
notice period.
