BDM EXAMS INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS:

There are number of zoom sessions running at the same time. You must check your e-mail to
see which zoom session you need to join to. You MUST NOT share your zoom link with other
students which will end up taking students to the incorrect zoom session.

You MUST join the zoom session on 29th of October 2020 (Thursday) at 3.30pm. You are not
allowed to join the zoom session once the exam started.

• This is an online examination.

• Your exam question paper will be dropped into the zoom chat and uploaded into the portal
at 4pm on the exam day. You can use whatever the method is convenient. (Business
Decision Making > Supplementary Study Materials)

• You are advised to carefully read the questions’ requirements before attempting the
concerned questions.
• The use of non-programmable calculators is permitted in the examination
• All the answers MUST BE in HAND WRITTEN.
• The zoom cameras MUST BE SWITCHED ON and focused on you. It must not be focused
on walls, ceiling, floor etc.

• Clear scan / photos of the answer sheets must be sent using ONLY ONE email to
BDMEXAMS@lsclondon.co.uk before 7pm on 29th of October 2020.

• The email subject and the answer script need to have your First Name, Last Name,
Student ID, and the group name.

• The mailbox will be closed soon after 7pm and your answer script will not be marked, if
you have used any other email address/es apart from above and/or sent after the deadline.

• Once the answer script successfully reach the above email, you will get an auto reply stating
the answer scripts have been submitted successfully. Once you receive the auto-reply, you
can leave the zoom session.

• The answers scripts will be checked for Academic Unfair Practice. All suspected
Academic Unfair Practice cases will be reported to the University.
• You are allowed to use the zoom chat with the invigilator, if you have any queries.

Failure to comply with above online rules and regulations will invalidate your attempt.
