Assalamu alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh Foundation student parents/carers,

InshaAllah this letter finds you in the best state of health and iman.

Congratulations! Your child has commenced their learning journey at ‘big school’. MashaAllah it’s
always lovely to see our youngest students as they venture into school. It can be a challenging
transition for some, but I hope your experience with our teachers reassures you of the appreciation
we have for the amanah and trust you have placed with the Minaret College team.

InshaAllah from next week we will start to distribute iPads to students. iPads are an important
resource and used for both classroom and at-home learning – every Minaret student must have an
iPad. Below are the two steps required to be completed by Thursday 16 February so that College
iPads can be issued to your child.

Step One – Pay the Annual Device agreement fee of $135

• If payment has been made at Lilydale books when purchasing books and stationery, no
further action is required for this step
• If the fee is not yet paid, please make payment via one of the below three methods:
1. In person at our Admin desk (cash, credit card or EFTPOS)
2. Over the phone (credit or debit card only)
3. Bank Transfer using the details below. Please use students name and form class in
the reference field. (e.g. Bilal Ahmed FB)

Step Two – Sign the device agreement form sent via email

By the end of this week, all foundation parents will receive a ‘Docusign’ email. Please read the device
agreement and sign. If you haven’t received the form in your inbox, please check your junk folder. If
you cannot locate the email, please contact our Admin team who will be able to assist.

After the above two steps have been completed, students will be issued with their iPad. We ask for
your prompt action so that all students can start the year with the learning resources required.
