General Instructions

⮚ The teachers must read the lesson plan thoroughly in advance and make notes in the notes section about
any changes; e.g. any activity if she feels might need an extension (considering the mental level of her pupils)
and also AFTER taking the class, she needs to make her notes on the lesson plan about what went well or
what did not go as was expected (or any extensions the teacher had to give due to which reasons).
⮚ The comments section has important instructions for the teachers to follow while carrying out that specific
class. So that section must be thoroughly read before taking the class
⮚ All the resources mentioned must be checked and made available before the class takes place.
⮚ Time must be managed gracefully during all the activities.
⮚ No activity or game can be skipped at any event and pupil’s equal participation must be ensured for all the
activities.
⮚ Individual attention must be given to all the pupils and any pupil must not be ignored (or scolded) if he/she
appears to be disturbed or inattentive.
⮚ In group activities, group leaders must be defined and roles must be switched on weekly basis.
⮚ Each and every Weekly Assessment would be taken and checked according to the marking scheme.
⮚ Use varied Numeracy Vocabulary.
⮚ Corrections will be given for the incorrect work and must be checked on the daily basis.
⮚ Mental Math Quiz would be taken on the daily basis along with notebook work.
⮚ Rewrite the question for corrections, in case of incorrect Mental Math.
⮚ In reference pages explain only the focus topic.
⮚ IL will write only Focus Topic on the board. Rest of the LO would be revised orally.
⮚ Pupils will bring a rough register for a daily practice of Mathematics in Classroom.
