Meeting Minutes:
Call to Order:
• The meeting was called to order by Ms.Garima Pantt at 2:00pm.
• Welcome and appreciation extended to all staff for their presence.
Review of Previous Minutes:
• The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed.

Discussion Points
1. Clinical Rotation of the Students:
The meeting commenced with a discussion of the clinical rotation of the students. It was
decided that students would be divided into groups. The rotation schedule will be provided to
students in advance to allow for any necessary adjustments. The Clinical Coordinators will
ensure that students are exposed to a wide range of clinical experiences.
2. Verification of All the Documents Required to be submitted eg: Permission Letter:
It was emphasized that all the necessary documents should be submitted before their clinical
postings. The documents include a permission letter from the college. The faculty
accompanying will be responsible for verifying the completeness of these documents and
notifying if any document demanded other than this.
3. Shortlisting of Faculty Going for Posting:
The Clinical Committee will be responsible for shortlisting faculty based on the following
criteria:
 Experience and expertise in the relevant clinical field.
 Teaching abilities and willingness to mentor and guide students.
 Availability and commitment to fulfill the responsibilities of accompanying students
during their clinical rotation.
 Track record of professional conduct and interaction with students.
 On the basis of the discussion held it was decided that Ms.Diksha Kaushal,Ms,Sunita
Gupta,Mr.Akash Kumar and Mr.Rahul Singh will accompany students for the posting.

4. Preparation of criteria to be fulfilled during the postings.

It was decided that the students shall have to complete the following criteria during their
posting:
 All the requirements to be fulfilled as per the curriculum.
 Mandatory visits to be completed.
 Community survey to be completed.
 Role Plays to be done before the end of the posting.

Next Meeting:
The next meeting is scheduled for 29th feb 2024, during which we will review the progress of
the above action items and address any additional issues related to the clinical postings.
