ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
A deep debt of appreciation is owed to English professor – Prof. (Dr) Prasannanshu for his
immense guidance and mentorship throughout the project. His wide breadth of knowledge,
incisive insights, and keen eye for details were essential ingredients to the eventual success of
the project. The dedication and commitment to excellence that Prof. (Dr) Prasannanshu
displayed throughout inspired us to exceed our current capabilities and achieve remarkable
results.
My sincere gratitude is also extended to my teammates Durairaj Balasubramanian Aakash,
Poorva Singhal , Arnav Roy, Harshil Shriwas, Shefali Manawat and Vedant Jha, whose
remarkable collaboration, hard work, and creativity saw the completion of the project within
the allotted timeframe of completion. We are immensely thankful for their willingness to
communicate and share ideas, give constructive feedback, and work in unity as a team, which
has been the driving force behind the successful completion of the project.
Furthermore, I am enormously grateful for the never-ending assistance and encouragement
provided by our colleagues and management personnel. Their trust and confidence in us as a
team, understanding of our apprehensions, and faith in our skillset were essential in motivating
us to take the extra step and apply ourselves even further to secure an exemplary outcome.
Furthermore, the relentless support and resources they provided us whenever any issue arose
helped foster a positive and supportive work environment, which enabled us to reach our
ambitious goals.
METHODOLOGY
WHAT WE HAVE DONE ?
We studied the Tagore’s philosophy of education, we
also studied the biography to get some insights into the
philosophy.
We also studied the changes in the education system and
we also analysed the changes in different intervals.
Why tried to understand the meaning of conventional
method of education.
We also analysed how our educational system would be,
if we inculcate Tagore’s philosophical ideas.
OUR SET UP -

Our goal was to create a crisp and involving presentation

of our research. What better way than a podcast?
We came up with a questionnaire, sorted out our
questions into sub-headings so that we could have a
smooth-flowing conversation during the podcast and
interview
- Disunion → Questionnaire→ Structure→ Interview→
Conclusions.
CONCLUSION
Through my research, I found that Tagore's educational philosophy was shaped
by his own experiences as a learner. He had an illustrious conviction that
education should not be restricted to the four walls of a classroom but should
be interlaced in the daily life of the learner. Tagore focused on nature, art,
music, and literature in education, for he was sure that these elements would
encourage creativity, imagination and emotional intelligence. Moreover, he
advocated for individualised education, motivating learners to pursue their
personal interests and passions, rather than following the narrow boundaries of
a pre-set curricula.
