1. These regulations may be cited as Mining (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 (No…….. ).
2. The Mining (General) Regulations 1977, published in Rhodesia Government Notice 247 of 1977 (herein called the
“principal regulations”), are amended by the deletion of the Second Schedule and substitution of the following—
