 INTRODUCTION

Work immersion is a valuable learning experience that provides students

with the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience in a real-world
setting. This immersive learning approach allows students to apply
theoretical knowledge from the classroom to practical work scenarios,
enhancing their understanding of various industries and professions. Work
immersion programs are designed to bridge the gap between academic

II. Reflection
Teaching preschool children is a rewarding and fulfilling experience that requires a
unique set of skills and a lot of patience. Preschool teachers play a crucial role in
shaping young minds and laying the foundation for their future learning and
development. Here are some reflections on teaching preschool:

1. Creativity and Flexibility Teaching preschool requires a high level of creativity to

engage young children in learning activities. Finding fun and interactive ways to teach
fundamental concepts can spark children's curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. Being
flexible and able to adapt lessons based on the children's interests and needs is also
essential.

2. Patience and Empathy: Preschoolers are at a stage where they are curious, energetic,
and constantly exploring the world around them. As a preschool teacher, patience is
key when dealing with their short attention spans, emotions, and occasional conflicts.
Showing empathy and understanding their individual needs and feelings can create a
positive learning environment.

3. Play-based Learning: Preschool education often relies heavily on play-based learning

approaches. Through play, children can develop essential skills such as social
interaction, problem-solving, and creativity. Incorporating play into lessons not only
makes learning enjoyable but also promotes holistic development.
