5 Check for center of tower base as per approved layout of the
competent authority

protection tonearby structure
Check for reinforcement of foundation as per approve
drawing:
8 Check of stem reinforcement as per drawing and height of stem
as per drawing and NGL ok
Check of dimension of foundation castas per the drawing. Each JDne pet
dimension has to be cross checked

Note (1) Before casting this has to be offered for AT team. The quality of steel and other material used
las per the standard code to be certified by the laaSP.

(2) As per the drawing and proper grade the laaSP willsubmit the concrete cube based reports from
NABLI Govt. Engineering College/ Govt. Polytechnic College / Recognized institutes/ approved lab
which will be verified by AT team
