Good morning everyone,

As your elected captain of our barangay, it is both an honor and a privilege to stand before
you today. Our community thrives on unity, collaboration, and the shared vision of progress. Over the
past months, my team and I have been carefully assessing the needs and aspirations of our barangay,
listening to your concerns, and crafting solutions that address them effectively. Today, I am proud to
present to you a comprehensive plan that encompasses various aspects of our community life, from
infrastructure development to social welfare programs.

Now, without further ado, let us embark on this journey together as I outline the projects and
initiatives that we believe will not only meet the needs of today but also lay the foundation for a
brighter future for generations to come. “DROPLETS OF CAHANGE”; This project will offer you an
infinite amount of water, my purpose why I laid this platform the reason of that as what I noticed
years ago until now, the number one problem of the barangay Mambalite is the source of water even
me I also experienced the lack of water in this area and I want to change that. Therefore I am
determinate to ordinate this project as my number one platform. I want to make sure the citizen of
Mambalite has enough clean water to use on their daily activities. I believe this project will be
beneficial and can change the life of Mambaliteños. Of course this project will leave a question on
your mind, “How will you do it?” “Do you have enough fund to implement this huge project?” “Do
you have enough support from the local government unit”. Obviously as a leader you need to be
prepared for all of the circumstances might happen. As might be expected before I stand here I myself
already engaged with local government authorities and negotiate with them. Obviously the project
will not be successful and come to reality if we don’t have enough fund right? Therefore I and my
team will seek fund from government grants and private donors. That is why this project will come to
reality. “Pathway to progress” this is the project that will be helpful in our daily transportation. When
I was a high school student, everyday before I go to school the path that we pass through was so
terrible. This inconvenience always make me so late to attend the flag ceremony. That’s why I make
this project to help students and even employers to attend to their duty in the right time. I know how it
feels to be late and it was so embarrassing and awkward. I believe that if I ordinate this project it will
be helpful in many Mambaliteños. To make this project comes to reality I will do the same procedure
on my first project, engaging to the local government authorities and negotiate with them. Solicit
funds to some politicians and private donors. Doing this can make this project be successful. I know
this projects can help all of you. Through dedication and innovation, our project will transform
Mambaliteños’ lives, ensuring success and tangible progress for generations to come.
