CHAPTER II

METHODOLOGY

This chapter provides the Data Gathering Procedure, Research design,

Sampling Technique, Research Instruments, Respondents and the Locale,

that will be included in the Gathering of Data.

Data Gathering Procedure

Data Gathering procedure will begin with seeking permission from the school

principal for conducting the data collection. The validation of questionnaire will

be done validated by the professionals. The questionnaire will be distributed

to Senior High School students, specifically, the grade 11 TVL students.

Following revisions based on the students input, the finalized validation tool,

conduct letter, and questionnaires will be prepared. Coordination with

validators will be undertaken with a schedule and conduct the validation

process, ensuring adherence protocols. Finally, the data collection phase will

proceed according to the prepared schedule, with the collected data compiled

and going to be analyzed to derive a meaningful insight aligned to the

research questions.

Research Design

The Research design that will be use in this study is the Descriptive-

Correlational type of Research design.

Sampling Technique

The Sampling Technique that will be use in conducting this study is the

Random-Stratified Sampling Technique. This is used to select participants by

dividing the elements into small group which is going to answer the following
questionnaire and provide data that is helpful in conducting this study.

Research Instruments

The Survey Questionnaire will be made to collect data from the participants of

this study. It will contain questions that is going to be answered by the

participants. The answers that will be gathered will be used for this study

Respondents

The Grade 11 TVL students from Lagao National High school who was

enrolled for the school year 2023 - 2024 will be the participants for this study.

The respondents are going to be selected through Random-Stratified

sampling technique.

Locale

The study will be conducted at Lagao National High School, General Santos

City, where the respondents are the selected grade 11 TVL students of tge

said locale.
