I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Munchkin is a product from the students of Saint Jude Thaddeus Institution Technology.

We named it Mellow Munchkin, wherein you can taste a heavenly delicious taste because this

munchkin was made with love and full of determination, only to make our product guarantee and

satisfying.

This munchkin is unique from other ordinary munchkin as you can taste a satisfying and

delicious taste. This munchkin was made from powdered ace biscuits, condensed milk, filled

with honey and lemon, marshmallow inside and it is coated with sprinkles. It will helps your

body to boost your appetite. That’s why we make this kind of delicious dessert product. Also,

anyone can eat this kind of product.

The entrepreneurs came up with this idea considering the target customer, which is the

students, non-teaching, and teaching staffs. The product that we offered is suitable for everyone

because it is affordable and tasty.

II. COMPANY DESCRIPTION

A. Proposed Name of the Business


The company's proposed name is SWAG Mellow Munchkin. The initials of the

proponents (Glyxa, Lyka, Winzy, and Kennryan) were joined with the name of the company's

exact product, the "Mellow Munchkin," to form the phrase "SWAG Mellow Munchkin."

B. Type of Business Organizations


The owners decided to form a Partnership type of business because the proponents

consider themselves to be partners. As a result, the business operates as a General Partnership,

with the owners receiving equal shares, duties, and contributions.

C. Project Proponent
The proponents of the project were the College Students from Bachelor of Science in

Customs Administration in Saint Jude Thaddeus Institution Technology. The proponent's

partnership was formed because of the requirements of this subject and began in March 2024.

Since the business's proprietors are classmates, they have already identified their various skills

and talents, which offers advantages when collaborating to realize the business's objective.

III. PRODUCT AND SERVICES

A. Product
The product will be made up of Ace Biscuit, Condensed Milk, filled with honey and

lemon, desired toppings like as sprinkles and desiccated coconut, with a marshmallow filling.

The product will have round and oval shapes that will attract and satisfy the customer's taste. On

days when you want to munch on something delicious but also nutritious and unique, these

healthy chocolate balls are an excellent solution.

Advertising of Product:
Fliers are given to our beloved costumers to give valuable information about Mellow

Munchkin. The fliers contain information such as mission and vision of the company, production

process and Mellow Munchkin facts. We will also post it on social media account for wider and

public notice.

Low-Cost Marketing:
The entrepreneurs suggested the lowest possible price that they can offer to increase the

capacity of costumers to purchase our product. Adjustments of price would be possible if there

are changes of the price of raw materials needed in the product either increases or decreases.

Media Marketing:
The entrepreneurs shall utilize the availability of their own mobile cellphones in

advertising the product. Ordering of smacks will be done walk-in, calls, or messaging.

Advertisements about the product will also done through posting in social media sites.

The business we are planning to operate is Munchkin, wherein you can
taste a heavenly delicious taste because this munchkin was made with love.
We plan to set up a small booth or kiosk inside the campus to sell our
products. We assure you that our business follows strict safety protocols and
regulations. We will follow all necessary safety precautions.
We understand that your primary concern is the safety and security of
your students and staff members. We assure you that our business will not
cause any disruption to the normal operations of the school. We will make sure
that our booth or kiosk is set up in a safe and secure location on the campus,
and we will comply with all the rules and regulations of SJTIT. We will also pay
all the necessary fees and taxes required to operate inside the campus.
