HỌC KỲ 2 NĂM HỌC 2020-2021
1. Mã số môn học
2. Tổng số tín chỉ: 3
3. Điều kiện tham dự: Không cần
4. Giảng viên: ThS. Trần Mạnh Kiên;

1. Có sự sáng tạo và thích ứng cao trong mọi hoàn cảnh chứ không chỉ học để đảm bảo tính chuẩn mực;
2. Có khả năng thích ứng với công việc mới chứ không chỉ trung thành với một chỗ làm duy nhất;
3. Biết vận dụng những tư tưởng mới chứ không chỉ biết tuân thủ những điều đã được định sẵn;
4. Biết đặt những câu hỏi đúng chứ không chỉ biết áp dụng những lời giải đúng;
5. Có kỹ năng làm việc theo nhóm, bình đẳng trong công việc chứ không tuân thủ theo sự phân bậc quyền uy;
những người làm công ăn lương;
7. Có năng lực tìm kiếm và sử dụng thông tin chứ không chỉ áp dụng những kiến thức đã biết;
8. Biết kết luận, phân tích đánh giá chứ không chỉ thuần tuý chấp nhận;
9. Biết nhìn nhận quá khứ và hướng tới tương lai;
10. Biết tư duy chứ không chỉ là người học thuộc;
11. Biết dự báo, thích ứng chứ không chỉ phản ứng thụ động;
12. Chấp nhận sự đa dạng chứ không chỉ tuân thủ điều đơn nhất;
13. Biết phát triển chứ không chỉ chuyển giao...

Summary
• Economists who advise policymakers
offer conflicting advice either because of
differences in scientific judgments or
because of differences in values.
• At other times, economists are united in
the advice they offer, but policymakers
may choose to ignore it.

increase in government purchases shifts the aggregate-demand curve from AD1 to AD2. Yet because the interest
rate is the cost of borrowing, the increase in the interest rate tends to reduce the quantity of goods and services
demanded, particularly for investment goods. This crowding out of investment partially offsets the impact of the
fiscal expansion on aggregate demand. In the end, the aggregate-demand curve shifts only to AD3.
