1. Objective
To define a guideline in line with client requirement to achieve overall employee competence and
performance in company Projects. It allows for the multi skilling of operational employee for effective
utilization and consistent quality achievement. This will generate Health, safety & Environment awareness
during the operational activity as required in company policies and procedures.
2. Scope
The scope covers the coordination & managing the training activities required to enhance the competence
level of people in terms of multi skilling task. These include identifying training courses, training content,
internal and external trainers, delivering the training to all operational positions involved as per plan and
issuing safety induction cards.

Position wise Training Matrix: tells various category of persons undergoing various training programs.
Multi skilling Matrix: Position wise defined skill matrix that sets minimum skill requirement to all operational
employee & eventual implementation of multi skilled training across the majority of trades.
Internal Training: are training courses planned and completed within the business unit by its employees
qualified to train.
External Training: are training courses conducted in support from external trainer within or outside the
business premises.
