Minutes of yesterday's meeting along with latest updates

Firstly, the Acharya saw the Ganesh Murthy and was very much impressed with its Lakshana.
1. Kumbabishekam has to be done *within Uthrayana ie,. Before mid June 2024*.
2. Chitta Nakshatra, Bhanu vaara, Chathurthi are auspicious days for Kumbabhishekam.
3. Sri Yantra will be installed in the kubera moola of Ganapathi idol and Maha Ganapathi Yantra will be
installed in the Agni Moola of Ganapathi.
4. Coordinate with stapathi and fix mandap/ nethra opening- Balaji/Puneetha/Chaithanya
5. Negotiate cost with stapathi - Puneetha Shankar
6. Flooring and granite fixing Pramod &
7. Hole Provision for fencing pillars while laying the flooring - Pramod 312W B202
8. Coordinating with acharya on fixing the dates and arrangements for kumbabiskekam - Balaji 312W A008
9. Polling for kumbabiskekam date with Uthrayana Chaithanya
10. Door to door collection for 312 west - Chaithanya
11. 302 and 77 phase 1 buildings - .
12. Only backside of temple will be covered fully now. Rest sides will have small patch for water outlet.
13. Store room arrangement for keeping temple related items -

Aacharya will install Idol
Stapati should come again for Eye opening

Provision for Nesing should be provided while doing the flooring
