All pupils were required

GPTA MEETING
coming Wednesday Feb,
22, 2023 to celebrate the
Ash Wednesday.

The meeting started at exactly
1:00pm. All parents and teachers gather at
the function room and have their
attendance signed. To formally start the
meeting, all participants stand up for the
prayer, then followed by the welcome talk
of the school head Mrs. Felma S. Arreglo.
Our PTA meeting has the following agenda,
(1.) treasurer’s report, (2.) PTA Fund Last
December (3.) PTA Project (4.) PTA fund
raising (5.) 4s Parents (6.) GPP (7.)
Pentakasi.
During the General PTA Meeting,
the PTA Officers were introduced and the
previous treasurer delivered the treasurer’s
report. After the treasurer’s report, the
Cash on HAnd was officially turned over to
the current treasurer. The previous GPTA
Officer were able to solicit funds for the
covered walk, so they included it, and let
the current set of officers continue the said
project.
The school was able to raise an
amount of 11, 038.00 last December with
their KUTACHA Contest.

Since the school mooe has not yet been
from the said fund to pay the bills of the
school. Glad to say, the body agreed, since
it is also for the school’s benefit.

Parents and teachers agreed to have a pathway leading to the school

gate as the PTA Project for this school year. This project is joined with the school
mooe. After that, the body also agreed to have a fund raising. There will be a
raffle draw on our next portfolio day.
The school head also reminded the 4Ps parents to have their garden in
the school. One plot for each pair of parents. And the NO Garden, No Signature
for monitoring was implemented.
Lastly, parents and teachers agreed to have a pentakasi the following
week in order to clean the school ground, especially the back part of the school

to ensure the safety of the pupils. Pentakasi schedule is that on Thursday : Key
stage 1 and Friday: Key stage 2. That concludes the PTA meeting.
