 Foundation Excavation, Stone Masonry work, PCC on stone masonry, pointing of stone masonry, Walls
brick masonry of boundary wall, Geotechnical test, Foundation Excavation, Foundation PCC, Footing
RCC, Foundation Stone Masonry, Ring Beam RCC, Floor Backfilling and compaction, Columns RCC
for ground floor of main building, Foundation Excavation, Foundation Stone Masonry, Ring Beam RCC,
Walls brick masonry of Guard room, Foundation Excavation, Foundation stone masonry, Ring Beam
RCC, Walls Brick masonry of Toilets, Foundation Excavation, Ring beam RCC,stone masonry of
Septic, Foundation Excavation of Water Reservoir, Geophysical test for bore well 100 % have been
Completed.

 Site preparation and leveling 55% have been completed and ongoing.
 Floor PCC of main building 90% have been completed and ongoing
 Beams and Slab Shuttering of Ground floor-main building 90% have been completed and ongoing.
 Beams and Slab bar bending work of ground floor main building 50% have been completed and
ongoing.
 Stairs RCC of main building 30% have been completed and ongoing.
 Capping PCC of boundary wall 90% have been completed and ongoing.
 Plaster of Boundary wall 90% have been completed and ongoing
 Shuttering of 6 Pcs toilets 100 have been completed.
 Beam and Slab RCC of Guard room 90% have been completed and ongoing.
 Foundation PCC of water elevated tank 50% have been completed and ongoing.

Overall work Progress based on the estimation sheet 33.1% have been completed.
2. Observations/ Findings:
 The construction work of the project is behind the work plan.
 The Construction work is 25 % behind the schedule according to the work plan. We need to
achieve 6.8% progress per week to catch up with the planned timeline.

 Nil.
5. Recommendations/Action points:
 The implementation partner should accelerate to the construction work of the project and meet the
work plan.
 As the weather is getting warmer, proper and regular curing should be given to PCC and RCC
members.

 Beams & Slab RCC of Ground floor 100% will be completed.
 Stairs RCC of main building 100% will be completed.
 Capping PCC of boundary wall 90% will be completed.
