Development Event team, where he participated in various welding competitions during the spring semester. I am
pleased to report that Hugo's team consistently achieved outstanding results, securing either 1st or 2nd place in
each competition they entered. His contributions were integral to the team's success, showcasing his talent,
dedication, and ability to thrive under pressure.

Furthermore, Hugo's commitment to excellence is evident in his achievement of welding certification in SMAW
(Stick Metal Arc Welding). This certification reflects his proficiency and expertise in this specialized skill set,

with the pipe fitting welding union immediately following high school graduation speaks volumes about his
