Financial Review:
Laurel gave the report on behalf of Karla. She had just had surgery.
All dues from 2023 have been paid. The budget projection was given.

Architectural committee:
Please be mindful if you have any changes to your property to run it by the ARC
committee. No new builds have been submitted. The new extension of our
neighborhood near the lake is not in our HOA. Therefore any complaints cannot
be addressed.

Improvements:
Park Benches were installed and Rubber mulch put down.
Pressure washing of the front entrance.
Sundeck and furniture was cleaned and stained.
Keypad was installed on the sundeck.
Basketball court was sealed and striped.
Christmas greenery was added to front entrance.

 Recommendations for future:
Concerns of back alley was brought up. We are going to try and see if the city
will x it. A sunshade was mentioned for the playground but would be blocking
residents view of lake, that was decided against. We will check with Barry on
the bee problem on the playground. The HOA will make welcome baskets for
new people moving in to the neighborhood. If you have a business that you
would like to promote please send business cards or anything that you would
want to add to the basket. We will try to revisit having a food truck for some
summer week day. Low participation was the reason we stopped. We will try
and plan a yard sale for around May. Date will be announced later. If anyone has
something they would lie to see added to neighborhood please submit this
along with a estimation of cost.

New Business:
Laurel is stepping down as president. Rider Barnum was voted on and accepted
to take this position for the next year. All other board members remained the
same.
