CHAPTER 4

Summary, Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation

This chapter presents the summary of the proposed School Log

Management System for Emplyee’s of Montessori Educational Learning Center

of Ubay. The main objective of this study was to help the administrator of

Montessori Educational Learning Center of ubay to monitor the attendance and

school logs of the school by implementing this proposed system, wherein the

proponents have a conclusion and recommendation according to their findings of

the system.
96

SUMMARY

The researchers conducted at study about Biomitric Attendance

systems to create an easier, faster, and hastle free school logs management

system for the Montessori Educational Learning Center of ubay. Through the use

of this system, will help the establishment to monitor employee’s in and out of the

school and ensure the safety monitoring of everyone and easily track the login

and out of the employees and print out the logs or records.

The main objectives of study aims to develop a system that can help the

administrator and employee’s of Montessori Educational Learning Center of

Ubay, to monitor employees attendance.

97

FINDINGS

The researchers found out that the Montessori Educational Learning

Center of Ubay was using the old Bundy Clock DTR school logs management.

Moreover, the employees of MELCU teaching and non-teaching staff using

manual recording of there dialy attendance.

98

CONCLUSION

The researchers conclude that the proposed system is functional and

friendly user. The system allow the establishment to monitor employee’s in and

out of the school and ensure the safety monitoring of the dialy attendance

records of everyone. The proposed School logs manangement system for

Montessori Educational Learning Center of Ubay, using biometric fingerprint

scanner is offline system, Threfore no internet connection required to acces the

system. The implementation cost of this system is not so expensive; The

Montessori Educational Learning Center of Ubay, it will benefits to have thier

School Logs Manangement system, using Biomitric fingerprint scanner.

99

RECOMMENDATION

The School logs manangement system for Montessori Educational

Learning Center of Ubay, was able to perform all the features that had been

stated in the scope and objectives. The system is effective in delivering the

content and the function by each users. The Non-Teaching staff is can easily

manage the attendance records of the employees, the payable salary of the

employees and generate all dialy time records. For future researchers configure

all of the features that a School Log Management System for Emplyee’s of

Montessori Educational Learning Center of Ubay, has.
