Write the name of each of your group members in a separate column. For each person, indicate the extent to which you agree
with the statement, using a scale of 1-4 (1=strongly disagree; 2=disagree; 3=agree; 4=strongly agree). Total the numbers in
each column and divide by 6. For a member to be entitled to 100% of the group output grade, he/she must have at least 20. If
score is between 18-19, member will only get 75% of group output grade. A score of 17 and below will mean only 50% of
group output grade.
